We are celebrating a new food tour and the holiday season and by offering residents and visitors a 10-percent discount. Our Short Order Kauai Food Tour ($60) is designed for those with smaller appetites. While our full tours offer four hours of tropical gluttony, this tour is half the length for half the cost.

Savor three tastings in two hours at the best Kauai restaurants along the Royal Coconut Coast. This is the fifth food tour we offer, all of which are an educational feast for the senses. Tours are intimate (limited to 12 people) so relationships are cultivated, enabling guests eat like a local. As with all of our tours, guests enjoy historical and cultural sights and surprises that make the experience more than just a food tour. This is our most flexible tour and stops change based on what we especially like right now!

Kauai Food Tour – Royal Coconut Coast

Tours are designed by, Marta Lane, a freelance food and travel writer, founder of Tasting Kauai and author of “Tasting Kauai: An Insider’s Guide to Eating Well on the Garden Island.” Michelle Lemay, Tasting Kauai’s culinary guide, is a professional tour guide who has led adventurous visitors on trips around the world for more than 10 years.

We are grateful that our bellies are fill. Unfortunately, everyone on Kauai does not share that same sensation. We donate a portion of all tour and guidebook proceeds to the Hawaii Foodbank – Kauai Branch and because of your much appreciated support, over $1,500 has been raised since April 2013.

We realize our full tours are expensive, but a lot of work and energy goes into them. Plus, you get a lot of food and meet some of the island’s top chefs and farmers!
